Burlington County Septic Inspections

Our Burlington County septic inspections team are all highly trained, experienced and qualified PSMA certified inspectors and ready to serve you.

We have been performing septic inspection services for residential, commercial, real estate agents and house flippers for many years. We eliminate much of the guesswork associated with septic system inspections by using our top of the line video inspection equipment on all of our inspections. This technology allows us to save time, eliminate unneeded mistakes and give the very best inspection possible to our customers every time.

We are very familiar with Burlington County septic inspections standards and have an excellent working relationship with the local health department to ensure quality workmanship and maintain the standards to certify a fully operational septic system.

Our detailed and thorough septic system inspections follow the NJDEP protocol provided in NJAC 7:9A using the training and techniques provided by PSMA (Pennsylvania Septage Management Association) and the NAWT (National Association Wastewater Technicians).

Though not required by the State of New Jersey, all of our team members must complete and pass the PSMA training course and have extended on the job training before becoming a Cedar Creek Septic LLC approved inspector.

Septic Inspection & Repair in Burlington County

Our Burlington County septic inspections are perfectly complimented with our repair service as well.

Any digging is kept to a minimum and we are always aware of our surroundings to ensure as minimal impact as possible. When the work is complete, we leave the area neat and tidy.

While inspections are not required by the state or law, lenders do require them for mortgages and townships require them sometimes for a Certificate of Occupency (C.O.).

After an inspection is done and payments are settled we release a full detailed report that also has an educational section as an addendum.

If we have identified any issue, our report will detail the nature of the problem and we can work with you to resolve it accordingly to the current standards as set out by the local health department.

Our work speaks for itself. Septic system inspections are Cedar Creek Septic’s specialty!

Give us a call or contact us to see why we are one of the best inspection companies around and how we can help you during your Real Estate transaction.

What’s the Typical Septic Inspection Process?

Step 1 - Prior to Inspection

We request an authorization form be signed by the property owner giving us permission to be on the property, inspect and test the system.

The form also states the price detailing responsibility for costs and for the release of the report to be sent to the requestor and the local health department.

Before we come out, the system must also be pumped out and dry.

Step 2 - The Septic Inspection

We use a camera system to locate and inspect and analyze all components of the system. Some digging may also be involved for visual and functional inspection if necessary.

Step 3 - After the Inspection

The report will be written up and sent out to the property owner. A copy of the report is also submitted to the County Health Department.
